We developed a mobile app and a website that connects citizens with Buenos Aires Province’s touristic and cultural offers. The platform allows a total of 135 municipalities to manage and update engaging content for the public.
How did we do it?

Choice of Methodology
We used Kanban with Jira to breakdown the requirements and user stories.

Team Composition
Project Managers and developers specialized in React, React Native, PHP Laravel, and GrphQL took part in this project.

Work Execution
Three platforms interconnected through an API were created: a mobile app, a responsive website, and an admin panel.

Final Testing Execution
To guarantee the efficiency and the system’s performance, automated tests and stress tests with JMeter were carried out.

Custom User Profile
Users can create custom profiles that reflect their preferences and likings. This way, the user can interact and connect with events, places, and relevant benefits for the local tourism.
Other internal functionalities
Follow up and analysis
The administrators can follow up prizes and benefits stock, besides accessing reports about the app usage. Big Data tools like Google Data Studio, Tag Manager, and Firebase were integrated to obtain real-time information and thus, adapt to the users’ interest.
Admin Panel
The administrators have different roles (Recreo Team, Municipalities, and Shops) and can manage the information made available for the users, which is supervised by the super-admin.

It boosted tourism and knowledge economy, it strengthened the bond between municipalities and citizens providing a unique user experience and a set of internal and highly effective administrative tools. *
We provided a complete solution that covers the development of a mobile app, a website, and an admin panel, all interconnected. This guaranteed a cohesive user experience and an efficient workflow for the administrators.
Using top-notch tech like React, React Native, PHP Laravel, and GraphQL, we succeeded in developing a robust and scalable platform.
The interface design and the user experience (UX/UI) were put at the forefront of the project, due to the importance of meeting the usability standards.
The automated tests and stress tests guaranteed a optimal performance, even under a high user concurrency. This ensured the app would work effiently at all times.
The integration with Big Data tools enabled the administrators to make decision based on real-time date and adapt the platform to the changing needs of the users.
